Class Description:
• This series is perfect for anyone wanting to strengthen their toolbox for dealing with anxiety, and nurturing mental well-being. This set of classes is for you if you are: tending to your own well-being, attending in support of a loved one, or attending as a mental health professional looking to enhance your skillset.
•. Gianna's years of extensive training and experience are apparent in her compassionate and mindful teaching style. She creates a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all.
•. The yoga offered will be gentle and restorative, with the inclusion of some yin postures, as well. This series will be progressive in nature. Each week will have a specific theme, and will include:
Week 1 - Mindfulness • Week 2 - Self-Compassion • Week 3 - Finding Calm • Week 4 - Allowing
Always Arrive Early:
Always come early. We open the doors 15 minutes before class. We lock the door when class starts. There is a train across the street that sometimes blocks traffic for several minutes at a time.
