Always Arrive Early:
Always come early. There is a train across the street that sometimes blocks traffic for several minutes at a time.
We lock the door when class starts. No late entries.
What to Wear & Bring:
Sneakers. Comfortable clothes that you can move and sweat in! This can be fitted clothes, similar to yoga, or looser. Whatever you are comfortable in! Bring your water bottle & a small sweat towel if you'd like.
Perfect For:
Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Rest or modify as much as you'd like! No experience necessary. No-judgement zone!
How It Works:
We take the "work out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
