No experience necessary! This easy-going, informative class will give you a good foundation to your yoga practice. The pace is slower, lots of description & modifications are given. Every week adds on to the past week, and you can jump in at any time! It's always geared for the absolute beginner! 
We hope you'll join us! 

  • Important Info:
    • We lock the door when class starts. No late arrivals. No exceptions. If you arrive late, please do not knock.
    • We do have yoga mats & yoga props to borrow, or you may bring your own if you prefer. If you borrow ours, please wipe down after use. 
  • Registration & Cancelation Info:
    • You must purchase a pass online in order to preregister for a class. 
    • All classes require preregistration.
    • Passes that can be used to access our Regularly Scheduled classes are:
      • Drop In
      • Any Punch Card
      • Any Unlimited In-Person Membership
    • Regular classes have a 3-hour cancelation policy.
    • Late cancelations & no-shows will not be credited back to your account (please see the terms from the purchase of your punch card.)
