Yoga for Seasonal Sports
This is a seasonally-evolving flow yoga class to help you plan & prepare for sport prep and seasonal maintenance. Modifications are given to decrease or increase intensity in this moderately active class. We hope you'll enjoy a healthy sweat!

Whether it's hiking, gardening, paddle boarding, or waterskiing in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, or any sport/activity in between, we've got you covered. 

If you let your instructor know what activities you're most involved in, she'll expertly infuse yoga poses & techniques to help support you

While you don't necessarily have to be an athlete to attend this class, the intention is to prepare and maintain your body's ability for current & upcoming sports/activities. Focusing on stability of the joints, safety for the knees & back, mobility & flexibility to support your range of motion in your sports or activities. Bring your water & prepare for a great yoga workout! 

  • Important Info:
    • We lock the door when class starts. No late arrivals. No exceptions. If you arrive late, please do not knock.
    • We do have yoga mats & yoga props to borrow, or you may bring your own if you prefer. If you borrow ours, please wipe down after use. 
  • Registration & Cancelation Info:
    • You must purchase a pass online in order to preregister for a class. 
    • All classes require preregistration.
    • Passes that can be used to access our Regularly Scheduled classes are:
      • Drop In
      • Any Punch Card
      • Any Unlimited In-Person Membership
    • Regular classes have a 3-hour cancelation policy.
    • Late cancelations & no-shows will not be credited back to your account (please see the terms from the purchase of your punch card.)

You are only allowed to make reservations 60 days in advance.
