Slow Flow Yoga

  • Class Description: Our Slow Flow Yoga is a gently active class, focusing on movement with the breath, at a slower pace than a "Flow Yoga". Think "slow mindful movement, with slow mindful breath". It's designed to build the strengh, stability, balance, and technical understanding to work toward some of our bigger postures, such as arm balances and inversions. If you feel fairly comfortable with this class, you might want try our other Flow or even Intermediate Flow classes.
    • Please note: if you are healing from serious injury or medical issues, you may need Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, or Yoga for Well Being instead of this particular class. While it's "all-level", we teach to the "group average", which means it could be of a higher intensity than you need.
  • Important Info:
    • We lock the door when class starts. No late arrivals. No exceptions. If you arrive late, please do not knock.
    • We do have yoga mats & yoga props to borrow, or you may bring your own if you prefer. If you borrow ours, please wipe down after use. 
  • Registration & Cancelation Info:
    • You must purchase a pass online in order to preregister for a class. 
    • All classes require preregistration.
    • Passes that can be used to access our Regularly Scheduled classes are:
      • Drop In
      • Any Punch Card
      • Any Unlimited In-Person Membership
    • Regular classes have a 3-hour cancelation policy.
    • Late cancelations & no-shows will not be credited back to your account (please see the terms from the purchase of your punch card.)
