This practice works on your heart in two ways:
First, it makes your physical heart and body healthy and strong.
Second, it opens your heart to others.
This is a practice that we dedicate to another. We hold another person in our heart, mind and body as we practice mantra, pranayama, healing visualization, and heart opening asana.
It is a selfless practice that brings even deeper meaning and relationship into our practice and onto our mat.
